Company
• Our client is a leading Provider of Airport Services in KSA. They are looking for a Director Information Technology to join them in Jeddah.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• To oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company Information Technology infrastructure, systems, and applications across HQ and stations to support of the company strategic objectives
• Contribute to the formulation of the company Shared Services strategy
• Ensure alignment of IT Department’s efforts in implementing the company Shared Services strategy
• Monitor the development and implementation of the IT Department’s policies, procedures and processes
• Monitor performance of the IT Department against KPIs and objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with the company corporate priorities
• Develop and monitor the annual budget of the IT Department
• Oversee and guide the Information Technology team to ensure that the company functions and airports/SBUs are provided with an efficient and integrated IT system
• Ensure collaboration between IT and concerned stakeholders to understand business requirements of the company various functions and stations, and determine technology needs
• Lead the development and implementation of Information Technology security approaches and plans as well as disaster readiness and recovery plans
• Lead the development, operation, and maintenance of reliable Information Technology infrastructure to meet business needs
• Oversee the effective storage, security and confidentiality of data
• Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on the company Performance Management System
• Develop workforce plans and succession plans for key positions in the IT Department

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• MBA or Master's in a relevant field is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in the Airline/Airport/Aviation Sector is preferred
• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Saudi National
