Job Description
- Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs on IT hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and connectivity.
- Assist with system upgrades and the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Ensure all issues are tracked, documented, and resolved effectively in the ticketing system.
- Provide end-user training on software applications, equipment use, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Support network, security, and connectivity requirements on-site to ensure secure and stable network operations.
Requirements:
Personal Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective troubleshooting and user support.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to changing environments and travel to various locations for on-site support.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, hardware and software deployment, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of network, security, and connectivity protocols to ensure secure and stable operations.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and practices (considered a plus).
