Job description / Role
• Plan, manage, and coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Description
• Develop large scale technology projects for enhancing the business efficiency, reducing process times, increasing accuracy
• Must lead a team of technology professionals, including systems analysts, software developers and support personnel, to ensure the entire department runs smoothly.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter.
• Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released.
• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage backup, security and user help systems.
• Develop and interpret organisational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Stay abreast of advances in technology.
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff.
• Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Requirements
• Oracle Fusion Implementation Experience is essential.
• At least 10 year's experience within a comparable role
• Project Management Certification.
• Oracle cloud based solution experience.
• Oracle certified and Project management certification.
• Office 365 hands on experience.
• IP telephony experience.
• Software Development background is ideal
• Management of Personnel Resources - Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
• Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
