Job description / Role
IT support role managing the companies full range of IT systems and technology
Client Details
* Tier 1 financial services brand with ambitious plans to grow across the region
Description
* Support the roll-out of new applications
* Promote applications changes to production environment
* Plan and execute preventive maintenance
* Develop, Maintain and present Status reports on the ongoing projects, issues, initiatives to CIO, Business Committee and Management Committee.
* Provide IT help desk (L1) services to end users and dispatch IT request/incidents tickets to the relevant department/section and monitor resolution of IT request/incidents
* Log all IT requests/incidents in the ticketing system
* Manage, maintain, and provide 24x7 L1 technical support for applications & DBs
* Manage, maintain, and provide 24x7 L1 & L2 technical support for end user devices & equipment
* Develop, Maintain and present Status reports on the ongoing projects, issues, initiatives to CIO, Business Committee and Management Committee.

Requirements
* MUST BE A SAUDI NATIONAL TO BE ELIGIBLE
* Bachelors degree in computer science or technology
* Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in an IT support role
* Excellent communications skills, English language preferred
