IT Operations Associate

Senior IT Support role overseeing broad range of IT systems and apps

Client Details

* Tier 1 financial services org that are rapidly expanding regional operations

Description

* Manage computing systems (PC, Laptop, VDI, Printers, Scanners, Active directory, Exchange, etc.)
* Define automation standards and ensure selection of standard-compliant software, desktops, peripherals, and enterprise systems
* Manage the configuration and delivery of requested hardware components to the end-user
* Develop the process of automating software upgrades and operating system updates
* Manage desktops configuration and image development, patch management design and implementation, and desktops and systems deployment
* Manage software packaging and distribution to desktops and systems
* Conduct periodic audits and provide reconciliation reports between purchased and implemented assets
* Provide IT help desk (L1) services to end users and dispatch IT request/incidents tickets to the relevant department/section and monitor resolution of IT request/incidents
* Log all IT requests/incidents in the ticketing system
* Manage, maintain, and provide 24x7 L1 technical support for applications & DBs
* Manage project life cycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for software development and technical leadership for every aspect of software
* Develop, Maintain and present Status reports on the ongoing projects, issues, initiatives to CIO, Business Committee and Management Committee.

Requirements

* MUST BE SAUDI NATIONAL TO BE ELIGIBLE
* Bachelors degree in IT or Technology
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in IT support
* Broad understanding or range of IT systems, applications, tools and technologies
* Excellent communication skills
