IT Operations Manager

Job description / Role

We are hiring an IT Operations Manager to manage daily IT operations, ensure infrastructure stability, and support business operations across the organization. The role focuses on system availability, vendor coordination, service delivery, and IT support for multi-site operations and new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, Help Desk activities, SLAs, and service performance.
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, and Microsoft environments.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and procurement teams.
- Supervise and support the IT operations team and field support activities.
- Ensure data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
- Support IT readiness and deployment for new store openings and operational expansions.

- 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with networks, servers, firewalls, Active Directory, and Microsoft systems.
- Practical experience in vendor coordination and IT procurement.
- Experience supporting multi-site or branch-based IT operations.
- Retail environment exposure is an advantage.
