Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, data replication/recovery management. Holding a BSc in computer science, engineering or equivalent IT field
• Demonstrable experience in managing IT operations including system administration in in-house, outsourced, or hybrid environments
• Experience in leading multi-specialized teams (support, network, security, systems, data)
• Experience in IT communications, awareness, and training
• Experience in managing Dell VxRail infrastructure
• Experience in managing VMware hypervisors, vCenter, vSAN, and data replication
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V and Microsoft clustering
• Experience in managing backup solutions like Veritas Backup Exec and Avamar
