IT Project Manager

Job description / Role

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, tracking milestones and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts with effective contingency plans.
• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience, within the banking/fintech sector.
• Experience working on accounting platforms & API Projects such as Open Banking.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Skilled in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Scrum & Agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
