Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately based on SAP
• Responsibility for purchasing and the “In Stock” levels
• Immediately alert IT Manager when a budget is exceeded
• Maintain a process for GRN, GI, Assets Control and Delivery Note inside SAP
• Maintain Assets Report
• Observe correct stock receiving protocols
• Complete all necessary stock takes
• Maintain the Storeroom (Warehouse) and the allocation of space for stock
• IT help desk for HQ users

Requirements

• Bachelor of Computer Science
• CCNA /MSCE course
• Good experience in Help desk
• Experience as IT stock controller for 2 years
• Must have transferable Iqama
• Filipino nationals preferred
