Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a property management organisation who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking IT Support Manager to join their team. As the IT Support Manager you will report to the CIO and manage full responsibility for company IT systems.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage all activities in relation to IT systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring all service requests are completed efficiently and effectively to allow smooth operation of day-to-day running of the business. Liaising with external vendors, managing help desk engineers and working with IT departments across the business will be key to success in the role.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT and have at least 7 years’ experience in IT helpdesk support with strong experience in service and helpdesk management. Experience in office infrastructure services, data centres, web services and strong product knowledge would be an advantage. It is essential you have GCC experience.
