IT Support Specialist

Job description / Role

- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment's
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
- In charge of office domain & active directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, etc
- Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and resolution.
- Responsible for machine backup.
- Responsible for All IT technical Issues
- Flowing company policy and work in all request send from the IT administrator

Requirements

Technical Skills:
- Assembling and disassembling of laptops.
- Complete knowledge in L1 and L2.
- Graphic chipset replacing skills.
- Hardware troubleshooting in laptops
- Mac OS Installation and troubleshooting hardware issues
- Skills to handle warranty Claims of Laptops.

Requirements:
- B.H or B.Sc. in computer science or computer engineering
- 1 to 3 years' experience

- CCNA Certificate
- MSCE Certificate
