IT System Administrator

Job description / Role

• Provide L2 support for internal users using internal systems developed by external parties. (Mainly off- the- shelf systems deployed internally).
• Escalate the incidents to the vendor (L3) and follow up until the incident resolved.
• Provide the RCA of incidents and follow up with the relevant team(s).
• Monitor the performance and resources of the systems.
• Performs health checks on the systems.
• Fulfil user requests on the systems.
• Provides awareness and training for end users on the systems.
• Document the technical details of the systems.

• The candidate must be working now as technical not a trainer or manager.
• Need to have some experience in Windows Server
• Experience in managing systems.
• Experience in supporting systems.
• Preferably if he has certificates from Microsoft especially in Windows Server.
• Arabic speaking is a bonus.
• ITIL certification is a bonus.
• Experience in development is a bonus.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
