Job description / Role
• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks in a technical support role.
• Working with employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution.
• Logging and keeping records of employee queries
• Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
• Updating self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves.
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
Requirements
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years in technical support, bachelor of computer science or networking/programming, with good analytical and problem solving skills, up-to-date technical knowledge, in depth understanding of the software and equipment used in the company.
