Employment: Full Time

Training supervisor has to be expert when it comes to understanding company policies and guidelines, as well as explaining its mission to new employees. To form entire training programs, demonstrating how jobs should be performed and putting together and distributing training. Oftentimes, training supervisors have to make sure new employees fill hand out forms and sign employee handbooks before training ever begins. On top of those things, they may schedule and organize a staff of other training specialists.

Requirements

• Provide on-the-job training to new and continuing employees through initial and refresher classroom instruction in specific housekeeping procedures including proper mixing of chemicals, applicable policies/procedures, MSDS/Right to know laws, use of equipment and safety practices.
• Work in small groups or individually with special needs personnel to insure their proper understanding and good work habits.
• Conduct follow-up inspections of work areas in conjunction with area housekeeping supervisors to see if any problems exist, especially in care/safety of equipment and proper use of chemicals/supplies.
• Recommends, receive and test new products/equipment from vendors to evaluate their cost effectiveness, suitability and ease of use.
• Maintain accurate records/files on employees trained, MSDS data, products and equipment.
• Meet with supervisors and/or other appropriate personnel to discuss and keep them informed on all training-related subjects, including specific employee concerns or new information on safety/training methods.
• Training employees about Fundamentals of Housekeeping.
• Management of all training materials of company. Organizing the using of training materials in department.
• Identifying training and development needs within an organization
• Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
• Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.
• Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
• Evaluating training and development programs.
• University diploma in Hospitality or related filed.
• Excellent Language Proficiency.
• Professional training knowledge.
