Junior Accountant

Job description / Role

- Bookkeeping for 4 holding companies with 10-12 transactions per day.
- Assisting in quarterly, half-yearly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial reports.
- Managing payments and receipts.
- Communicating with banks, auditors, and ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority).
- Assisting in the preparation of Shareholders and Board resolutions, and coordinating with legal firms on amendments to Articles of Association (AOA) and Commercial Registrations (CRs).
- Managing legal documents.
- Handling ad hoc tasks related to business improvements, legal, accounting, and administration as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (Arab nationals preferred).
- Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with banks and auditors.

Salary:
SAR 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
