Job description / Role
Maintain a proper record of all names, address and contact nos. of suppliers.
Responsible with everyday training arrangements, co-operate with Administrative staff and client personnel
Assist the General Manager with the development of new and existing course syllabus.
Conduct classroom theory and practical sessions as and when required as per GTSC Quality Standard.
To support all other training programs as and when required within the capacity of qualifications
Assist the General Manager in the operations, maintenance of any items in the department and supervision of all other staff in the department.
Effective use of the training program and enter the data to the system immediately after each course
Assist training coordinator to ensure timely issuance of certificates and passport stickers by doing the course completion in the stipulated time.
Conduct Safety Induction Program for OPITO Courses as per the standard.
Participates and attend on social gathering and get-together of GTSC.
Proper Hand-over of pending jobs to the concerned supervisor before going on leave.
