Through the interpretation of research and requirements, UX/UI designers craft experiences that connect people with our products and services in meaningful, enduing ways. Tools of the trade include market and audience analysis, user journeys and wireframes.

Currently, we are hiring UX/UI Designers. This position will apply design skills to create user flows, usability, across desktop, web and mobile interactions. This role requires an understanding of interaction design principles and best practices, along with the knowledge of how visual and interaction design work together to create a world-class user experience. You will need to have the ability to work in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in a wide range of concepts from the fields of visual design, information architecture, interaction design, user research, usability testing, and prototyping. You will communicate effectively with standard deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, information hierarchies.

As a UX/UI Designer on our team, you will:

- Design an end to end experience for mobile exploratory products
- Research our intended customers to deeply understand user roles, tasks, needs, desires, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Researchers as they develop new innovative technologies to align business value with user value, crafting experiences that deliver on both promises
- Collaborate with engineers to define task flows that can be implemented within time and resource constraints

Requirements

Experiences Requirements

- BSc or MSc (preferred) in a design related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years' experience working as a UI Designer in a Software Development environment (visual design, icon design, web design etc.)
- 2+ years' experience working as a UX Designer in a Software Development environment (personas, wireframes, scenarios, user research, usability testing etc.)
- Demonstrated foundation in industry standard design processes, methods, and tools
- Ability to work within a cross-functional group of peers and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Flexible thinkers, willing to try "crazy" things, out-of-the-box thinkers
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
