Key Account Executive

Quest Search and Selection is hiring a Key Account Executive in Riyadh for a prestigious luxury brand in the fitness industry!

This role supports the Regional Key Account Manager in developing and managing client connections, organizing client visits, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring CRM data accuracy.

Responsibilities of the Key Account Executive role are :
• Develop strong client relationships, understanding needs to maximize annual revenue and meet budget goals, with visits to all designated customer sites.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through collaboration with sales support, logistics, and after-sales teams.
• Enhance account profitability, offering project funding advice and providing accurate forecasts to Sales Managers and HQ.
• Maintain clean CRM records, handling data entry, updates, and reporting for all client interactions.
• Assist in planning client visits, preparing briefs, tracking outcomes, and following up on customer issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and support in monthly and quarterly sales reporting for performance and strategic planning.

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales support preferably within a B2B setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
