KPI Manager - Facility Management

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KPI Manager to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization’s success by driving performance improvements and enhancing service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework that aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
- Identify and define key performance indicators across various departments within the facility management domain.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess performance against established KPIs, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to communicate KPI results and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular KPI reports to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data collection methods and ensure data integrity for accurate performance measurement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the importance of KPIs and how to use them effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices related to KPI management and facility operations to continuously improve our processes.
- Drive cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service quality based on KPI outcomes.
- Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners to benchmark performance and share best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a KPI management or performance management role, preferably within the facility management sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to senior management and engaging with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to visualize and communicate performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in facility management and performance measurement.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
