Our client is looking to hire an experienced professional who has financial modelling & structuring experience in non-residential Real Estate Investment Management.

Our client is a well-reputed KSA Real Estate Investment Manager with a longstanding track record of milestone developments across the Kingdom.
Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, core contents of the role are transaction structuring, execution, financing and fund management within the Real Estate Investment Management.
* Producing, updating and monitoring control mechanisms to ensure real estate development is on track from a financial perspective
* Financial modelling in regards to ensuring the ability for the Investment Manager to raise funds
* Liaising with banks to raise debt/ equity
* Presenting to the relevant stakeholders - internally and externally
* Manage the entire business, financial, commercial, and legal due diligence/ documentation processes as well as lead communications with clients, strategic and/ or financial investors, and target companies.
* Participate in drafting and reviewing marketing documents (IMs/offering circulars etc.).
* Originating transactions across the above and interacting with the client
* Liaising with external parties - the client, legal advisers, technical/ market consultants
* Overseeing activities of the junior team members
* Working in line with the compliance and risk frameworks

Requirements
* Will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Consultancies or a Developer
* Will be degree qualified with a preference for a Masters/ CFA
* KSA National
* Will have excellent financial modelling skills & presentation skills
* Will be aligned with Real Estate
* Will be degree-qualified from a reputable institution
* Will have excellent written and communication skills
