Landscape Director - Operation and Maintenance

We are currently recruiting for Landscape Director - Operation and Maintenance, for a Real Estate Developer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• The successful individual will be responsible for the day to day management of the hardscape and softscape as well as all water features and monuments installed within the common use facilities of the community.
• The Landscape Director will apply their in depth knowledge of all landscape and features maintenance as well as management of service providers, to ensure the common use facilities under their management are maintained to the planned standards.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 8 years direct management and experience in a senior role in the O&M of landscape and features
• Through management of service providers, manage the planning, financial management, co-ordination and delivery of soft services.
• Establish the long-term design objectives of the landscape area and define management objectives and ensure the successful establishment and long-term health of the plant stock through an appropriate maintenance scheme.
• Perform the assigned services to achieve the designated KPI’s including agreed benchmarks, performance criteria and costing.
• Responsible for the continuous efficient and effective operation of services and systems throughout the common use facilities as per the agreed scope of work.
