Responsibilities:
Oversee HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Manage governmental portals such as Qiwa, Mudd, Muqeem, and GOSI.
Lead talent acquisition and head-hunting efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and participating in hiring decisions.
Manage government relations by ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with relevant authorities.
Develop and implement strategies for employee loyalty and retention, including engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- Proven experience in the HR field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, governmental portals, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
