Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Irrigation/Landscape Inspector to join our award-winning team in Riyadh, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Attending to inspection requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with irrigation codes, water conservation principles, and sustainable irrigation practices.
• Ability to inspect, verify, and ensure proper installation and functionality of irrigation systems, including integration with landscape features.
• Experience with irrigation system design and installation, including sprinkler systems, drip irrigation, and water-efficient systems.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
• Report any works carried out by the contractor found not to be in accordance with approved drawings and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitor the quality of works and assess the safety at the site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual/QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at the site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
• Check and ensure effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.
• Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline-related issues on site that may arise.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of industry experience partnered with a Bachelor in Architecture/Landscape Architecture.

5-star luxury hotel construction experience is essential for this position.
