Manager, Laundry Operations, Eastern region, KSA

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking a Manager, Laundry Operations for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia.

• The laundry Manager is responsible for the overall management of the laundry and supervises the work of the employees working in a laundry.
• The effective implementation of laundry manager responsibilities will ensure that all the linen and garments are washed and cleaned properly by ensuring adherence to the general policies and regulations of the laundry.
• He/she is responsible for ensuring that the laundry generates more profit margins and that the customer complaints are kept to a minimum level, and that if there are any issues they are being solved promptly.
• While overseeing the work of his/her subordinates, he/she makes sure that all the safety and health regulations have been followed.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Operation and Maintenance
• At least 10 years of experience directly related to the duties
• Must be willing to be assigned in Eastern Region of KSA

• Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level, in all aspects of the area of focus applicable to the specified role.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
• Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise.
