Laundry Operations Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client is a market leader in delivering first class Catering Services across multiple industries. They are currently seeking a Laundry Operations Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Plans and oversees, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
- Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
- Manages and/or provides day-to-day leadership to various technical, professional, and/or administrative personnel engaged in specified project activities, as appropriate to the position.

- Bachelor's Degree in BA
- at least 3-4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Experience in large industrial laundry operations will be advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
