Job description / Role
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Innovation & Development department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Works with Account Leads to develop the Training Solutions training requirements in Counter-terrorism and Law Enforcement
- Assists in the RFP evaluation and down-selection
- Verifies the alignment of the Learning & Training outcomes and Career Path Development against the specific requirements
- Develops and maintains the training formats in alignment with the Training Solution’s department business strategy
- Post-implementation support and evaluation of training deliverable
- Provides technical support for the project management function
- Undertakes to support the necessary personnel to participate in the RFP drafting, publication and evaluation
- Contributes to the technical interpretation for the Training Quality Assurance (TQA)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement Studies or any related field
- Master degree or Higher Diploma in Law Enforcement or any related field
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Training Design & Development Methodologies (SAT & ADDIE)
- Learning & Training Delivery
- Training Validation (Kirkpatrick Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4)
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in a related industry
- Learning and Development practitioner
- Professional training analyst
- Proposal author
