Job description / Role
This person is responsible to drive successful adoption of digital solutions by Clients, ensuring business changes are seamlessly integrated and embedded into the client organization to ensure maximum value realization.
Client Details:
- Our client is a large organization in the industrial/manufacturing sector, based in the Eastern region of KSA. They are renowned for their innovative approach to adopting new technologies and systems, always ensuring their operations remain at the forefront of the industry.
Description:
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and systems within the organisation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during the adoption process.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of change management initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Job Offer:
- A competitive salary range of approximately 35,000 to 40,000 SAR.
