Our newest opportunity is for a talented Lead Security Inspector (KSA National) to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi .
This position is responsible for providing Security inspections, advice and information to KEO staff and contractors to raise the security standards and ensure compliance on site .
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Monitor and enforce standards of security in compliance with KEO's Health and Safety Management System and Client requirements.
- Managing the Security team efficiently and affectively.
- Identifying complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Review and inspect work areas determining potential occurrence of security hazards.
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespasser
- Conduct daily inspections of the projects to ensure compliance and where applicable make recommendations for change.
- In case of emergency determine and investigate the cause of the accident, establish a report and provide recommendation(s) to prevent future occurrences.
- Inspect, develop and implement security policies needed to reduce accident-related costs.
- Regulate set policies soliciting input from managers and workers.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures
- Ensuring the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises
- Following procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations
Requirements
Qualifications
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 + years work experience partnered with a Diploma in Safety/Security or Bachelor degree in Safety or Engineering.
