Description

Lead Specialist, Master Planning BUs - Mining - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

* Implement and refine the master planning framework, aligning it with strategic initiatives and KPI frameworks.
* Collaborate with BUs, CoEs, and SFs to integrate LoA/LoM plans and strategic initiatives with strategic objectives.
* Partner with BUs, CoEs, SF, and Budgeting teams to ensure consistency across Master Plan, Business Plan, and Budget.
* Partner with PMOs and strategic initiative owners to integrate initiative delivery plans into the Master Plan and define clear benefit realization measures.
* Provide insights and advise on automation opportunities for the master planning process and its components.
* Timely and efficiently lead Master Plan update cycles, ensuring alignment and documentation of all updates and changes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
* 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or related fields.
* Demonstrated experience in leading master planning activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.
* Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving alignment towards common goals.
* Mining and metal experience is preferable but not a must
* Our client is looking for KSA Nationals only for this position
