Description
Lead Specialist, Master Planning Corp - Mining - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
* Implement and refine the master planning framework activities, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and KPI frameworks.
* Collaborate with BUs, CoEs, and SFs to integrate LoA/LoM plans and strategic initiatives with strategic objectives.
* Partner with BUs, CoEs, SF, and Budgeting teams to ensure consistency across Master Plan, Business Plan, and Budget.
* Cascade KPIs seamlessly within the Master Plan for a unified and measurable approach to performance.
* Define clear benefits realization measures for initiatives and delivery plans within the Master Plan
* Provide insights into master planning processes and system enhancements, including automation opportunities for MP processes and components.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's and Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* Additional certifications in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are desirable
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in collaborating with multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing master planning frameworks and KPI systems.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences, including senior management and external stakeholders.
* Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving alignment towards common goals.
* Mining and metal experience is preferable but not a must
* Our client is looking for KSA Nationals only for this position
