Job description / Role
Department Details:
Manufacturing Maintenance is responsible to handle all the plant related maintenance in safe and reliable manner in reduced cost, improved sustainability and develop best practices to maintain the plant with the industrial norms.
Who we're looking for:
- Good knowledge of Diagnostics & Repair Methods for the Heavy Electrical equipment's in petrochemical and allied industries
- Good knowledge of international maintenance standards and best practices
- Good knowledge of SAP System
- Diagnostics & Repair skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead group of electrical technician and improve the work efficiency
- Liaise with field planners and material control to obtain weekly and daily work schedule and the appropriate resources to perform maintenance jobs
- Analyze problems in electrical equipment and systems to determine root causes and conduct trouble shooting of faulty equipment
- Repair defective electrical equipment and systems to provide support to operations
- Calibrate all AC equipment to ensure its proper use.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment and systems to minimize risk of equipment breakdown and downtime to operations
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems to provide support to the maintenance team
- Prepare reports to record all information on faulty equipment and indicate action taken to appraise Management on equipment status
- Provide coaching and supervision to lower level electricians to ensure proper transfer of skills to perform tasks as per standards
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 16 - 20 years of progressive experience from craftsman in a refining and petrochemical industry
- ITC qualified from Craftsmen (qualified & completed all Phases of the Maint. Training Program).
- Or high school with 20 - 24 years related experience.
