About the Location:

Steps from the Prophet's Mosque, our hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city's 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet's Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Learning and Development Manager to lead training and development initiatives at Four Seasons Hotel, Madinah. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and development of our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and oversee training programs that align with company values and operational goals.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to enhance employee performance.
• Lead orientation and onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
• Manage leadership development initiatives to support internal career progression.
• Coordinate with department heads to create role-specific training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local training regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for various skill levels.
• Knowledge of modern learning techniques, e-learning platforms, and training technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
