Job description / Role
To review, advise, prepare and handle all legal documents and contracts and ensuring that they abide by local and international laws and regulations
Client Details
A major player in Industrial and Commercial Investments space with offices in USA, Europe and the Middle East is seeking a Legal Advisor who will work within the Food & Beverage Legal team. This company is ranked one of the top 10 businesses in Saudi Arabia and an award winning employer
Description
- Review agreements, contracts, etc., between the company and third parties, including Franchisor, suppliers, vendors, leases, etc.
- Be able to negotiate legal terms and conditions of the above;
- Review contracts prepared by the concerned department that involve franchise partnerships from a legal standpoint, and recommend their acceptance or rejection to the Asst General Counsel
- Monitor the execution of contract's terms and conditions during the process and report any discrepancies to the Senior Legal Counsel/Asst General Counsel
- Maintain and report compliance with various development obligations, etc.
- Review all articles and resolutions relating to board, banks, corporate partners

Requirements
- 2-5 years post qualifying experience
- Experience working within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry
- International Law Firm experience
