Job description / Role
Lead and handles professional legal advices on any legal-related aspects of the business to best protect our client interests including (but not restricted) by preparing reports on significant legal issues and implications, building a database on significant case histories and judgments, conducting legal studies, handling corporate governance matters and participating in preparing/ amending drafts of legal documentation pertaining to our client and its subsidiaries (manuals, guidelines, regulations, bylaws, resolutions, circulations, policies procedures)
Requirements
- University degree in Law, with 14 years of experience OR Master Degree with 12 years of Experience.
In-depth knowledge in the following areas:
- Laws, legal codes, governmental regulations, executive orders, and precedents inside and outside KSA
- Consultation and reports writing techniques.
- Cause and effect analysis techniques.
- Obtaining and analyzing information techniques to compile and document evidence
- Administrative & Management: knowledge and skills in management principles, involved in strategic planning, prioritization & organization of work, human resources management including employee selection and performance management, resources allocation and budgeting, Communication & Presentation, leadership techniques, etc.
