Job description / Role
Leading organization in Riyadh is looking for Corporate/Commercial lawyers with M&A and Regulatory experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and review commercial contracts
* Provide legal advice on all company matters
* Work closely with the team on M&A's
* Assist with international transactions
Requirements
Essential Skills
* Must be between 2 - 7 PQE
* Must be qualified to practice law in Saudi Arabia
* Must have experience gained from working at a leading international law firm
* Must have corporate/commercial experience
* Must have experience reviewing and drafting contracts
* Must have M&A experience
