Description

* Provide expert legal advice to support business operations and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and high-value contracts.
* Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks.
* Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and disputes.
* Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support and guidance.
* Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact.
* Lead and mentor a team within the legal department.

A successful Legal Director should have:
