Description

* Provide legal advice and guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to protect the organisation's interests.
* Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations.
* Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimise legal risks.
* Advise senior management on legal implications of business strategies and decisions.
* Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure awareness of legal and compliance obligations.
* Stay updated on legal developments and trends affecting their industry.

A successful Legal Director should have:
