Legal Director - Real Estate

As the Legal Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters related to the company's operations, including but not limited to real estate transactions, contract negotiations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Description

* Advise and provide legal guidance to management on various legal matters related to the company's operations
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements
* Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and closings
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Provide legal support and guidance to other departments, including finance, marketing, and human resources
* Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
* Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other third-party service providers

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of experience as a legal counsel or attorney, with a focus on real estate and corporate law
* Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to real estate and corporate governance preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
* Proven track record of success in managing legal affairs for a large organization
* Fluent in Arabic and English preferred
