Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This opportunity is with a large Hospitality Group in Saudi Arabia.

• As an Assistant legal manager you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance including managing all legal risks, ensuring legal compliance and proper contract management within the organization and ensuring retention of original agreement at corporate office.
• Drafting responses to various letters, notices etc. issued by statutory & regulatory authorities and advocates as per business requirements.
• Managing and developing the paralegal team and the systems and processes utilized to track and produce legal documents.

Requirements

• To be successful you would ideally possess 2-3 years of experience in Legal department.
