Legal Manager - Real Estate/Hospitality - Riyadh
As Legal Manager you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal counsel and guidance to support our operations in the real estate and hospitality sectors. This position requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in both legal practice and the Saudi Arabian market.

Description
* Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of matters related to real estate and hospitality operations.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Manage legal risks and ensure legal compliance across all business activities.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including senior management, finance, operations, and external legal advisors.
* Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters as required.
* Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications such as LLM preferred.
* Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
* Proven experience in real estate or construction law, with a strong understanding of property transactions, lease agreements, and construction contracts.
* Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
