Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Looking for a Legal Secretary in Saudi Arabia:

• You must have at least 3 years of experience as a legal secretary
• You will have experience in assisting a team on various matters such as drafting legal documents (including reports, memos and correspondences), assisting associates with court procedures, conducting legal research and overseeing office administrative tasks.
• Due to Saudization only KSA Nationals will be considered

Requirements

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience from a professional service company
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Sound knowledge of office procedures
• Working knowledge of record-keeping techniques
• Fast typing speed in English is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with most senior executives
