Job description / Role
Dynamic Legal Assistant position that involves administration, project management and client consulting.
Client Details
Our client are a reputable, global law firm based in Riyadh.
Description
* Attend client meetings with partners to take minutes.
* Support partners in managing client relationships with relevant departments.
* Manage diaries for all attorneys efficiently and accurately.
* Handle document production, including amendments, formatting, and version control.
* Schedule meetings, lunches, and dinners, ensuring follow-up confirmations.
* Arrange complex travel plans, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers.
* Answer phone queries and accurately relay messages.
* Perform photocopying, printing, binding, scanning, and filing of documents.
* Assist with billing, coordinating with partners and accounts to finalize and send invoices.
* Enter timesheets for attorneys.
* Prepare expense claims, invoice requests, and petty cash reports.
* Assist with new client files and matters, including KYC documentation.
* Log client development events and meetings in internal systems.
* Provide additional secretarial support when other assistants are unavailable.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Law is essential
* 2-5 years corporate work experience as a legal assistant, business development, project management, consulting or similar
* Experience working for a multinational organisation is highly preferred
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Excellent verbal and written Arabic skills
