Location Acquistion Executive - FMCG

Job description / Role

•Scout potential vending locations in malls, offices, residential towers, gyms, universities, hospitals, and more.
•Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and decision-makers to pitch our vending solution.
•Evaluate each site's commercial potential based on footfall, visibility, and product relevance.
•Negotiate placement terms and finalize agreements.
•Work closely with the operations team for seamless deployment and servicing.
•Track performance of acquired locations and suggest replacements if needed.

•Energetic personality with strong on-ground hustle.
•Solid understanding of retail dynamics and customer behavior.
•Experience in territory sales, commercial leasing, or retail/FMCG expansion.
•Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
•Able to manage field visits across the city independently.
•Comfortable using basic tech (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)

Salary:
SAR 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
