Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Monitor environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve HSE performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in HSE management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
