Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:

- Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence tools in Logistics division

Main responsibilities:

- Analyzes and interprets information Company Logistics/Transportation Supply Chain
- Develops reporting for WalMart end-to-end Supply Chain to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
- Create & Manage Logistics Dashboards/Reports/KPI
- Manage Team of Data/Business Analysts
- Coordinate with Internal IT Team & External BI vendors. as well As Logistics Section Heads.
- Ensure Data is readily available for Logistics Managers.
- Implement solutions for optimum routing and carrier selection for all locations’ freight spend (inbound and outbound)
- Establish processes to effectively manage competing considerations such as cost, on-time delivery of merchandise, risks, transit times
- Create, report, and enforce all benchmarking/KPI’s for all Logistics Service Providers according to standard requirements
- Monitor Service Level Provided by Third Party Logistic Companies.
- Present Key Finding, and Key Cost Reduction Activities to the management regularly.

- Subordinates: Logistic Analysts

- Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc in Business/Mathematics/Logistics/Business Intelligence
- Other certifications obtained: Relevant Certificates to Analytics ;
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2-3 Years in Managerial Position
- 5-10 Years in Logistics Data/Business Analysis Field
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Communication & Presentation Skills
- Language Fluency: English & Arabic
- Age Range: 25-40
- Current Location: Jeddah
