Our newest opportunity is for a talented Logistic and Operations Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

This position is responsible for leading the construction supervision team to ensure that the project will be delivered on time and within budget according to the contract. The role will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on the construction site.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Extensive Construction Management experience, including successful project completion and hand-over.
- Significant knowledge and proven leadership experience gained from an engineering consultancy background, having managed construction projects along with a thorough knowledge of project management processes and systems.
- Experience reviewing and managing the contractor's progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis as responsible for the logistics of plots in operation
- Reviewing and approving of contractor's payment requests and issue payment certificates as appropriate.
- Scheduling and chairing site progress site meetings.
- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships.

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a B achelor degree in Civil Engineering.
