Logistics Manager - Retail Corporate - Riyadh, KSA

We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Manager to manage Retail Logistics in the whole KSA region. Also you will oversee the entire supply chain (from origin to store, including store returns) to work within budget and meet business and service level objectives both locally and internationally.

You will control supply chain costs; reduce in lead time to stores, manage obsolescent stock, increase stock turns/product sell through and ensure maximum on shelf availability; develop clear logistics best practices and processes, and ensure these are communicated, and implemented across the KSA region in line with local requirements in each country.

You will build strong relationships with all key stakeholder (e.g., suppliers, Logistics Service Providers, Brand Logistics, Buying, Finance, Store Operations Managers) to effectively enable critical decision making that will impact stock availability, freight warehouse and distribution costs and manage delivery lead times.

Requirements

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent (qualifications in SCM/Logistics ideal)
- Arabic speaker
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Supply Chain & Logistics management experience, retail preferred
- KSA logistics and custom clearance experience
- Analytical with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Warehouse, Distribution, Customs & Cross Border Freight & 3PL Management
- Strong people relationship and management skills

- Experience in negotiation (developing win-win solutions) and change management
- Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics Operations in multi country environment
- Change Management skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Strong Presentation Skills)
- Problem solving skills.
- Proactive and ability to work under pressure with minimum amount of supervision
- Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver information, results and coordination among different parties
- Stong knowledge of MSOffice Tools and advanced SAP user
- Willing and able to travel within KSA,GCC and abroad
