Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a multi national company based in the Middle East.
The successful candidate will join the Logistics Team working to ensure activities within the factory, initiatives in the factory logistics areas, drive cost reduction and Implement priorities.
You will be responsible to ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveries to customer from warehouse .Resolve issues that might arise with deliveries. Implement and lead a good warehouse, transportation and logistics resource management in the factory. Actively manage the factory logistics team. Ensure correct and timely reporting of KPIs.
Lead factory logistics and working with other departments with planning and proper inventory management. Secure logistics quality of service towards customers, incl. claim and complaints. Manage factory logistics suppliers/ contracts in collaboration with supplier management.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess at least 5 years experience in the similar. Additionally Well versed in MS Office, knowledge of PowerBI will be a plus.
