Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Support the Customs and Government specialist for the tracking of shipment
- Coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of products and materials to ensure timely delivery
- Point of contact for the the handover and receipt of customs documents from the customer
- Responsible for preparation of required document for the handover of material to the customer
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, track shipments, and oversee inventory replenishment processes
- Monitor logistics expenses, suggest improvements to reduce costs, and maintain budget compliance
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with logistics, including delays, damage to goods, or non-compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in supply chain or related field
- + 2 years of experience
- Good Arabic and English Communication
- Good shipment process understanding
- Good understanding of customs and government regulation
- IT skills : email, Excell, power point.
