Job description / Role
• Support the In-house developed loyalty system.
• Support different rules for consumer customers and corporate customers.
• Support integration with external systems
• Support Consumer applications downloading from App Store (iPhone), Google Play (Android), Windows Marketplace (Windows Phone), AppWorld (BlackBerry) by any customer (capabilities: balance inquiry, store locator, loyalty points, etc.
• Support all loyalty applications with native-coded and multilingual (Arabic, English).
• Support the internal applications for customer’s employees (with VPN only) for number reservation, saving customer location, etc.
Requirements
• First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum (5-8) years on management loyalty systems.
